Thank you for visiting Solar Engine. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your request. An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address within 24 hours after requesting one via our purchasing page.

Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
All orders are processed and shipped in the last week of every month, however if there are any delays we will contact you.

Shipment Locations

Domestic Only - Solar Engine does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestically only, anywhere in Australia.

Shipment rates and delivery estimates

Once your order is placed, a delivery slot will be allocated to you via email, in the last week of the month. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliveries. unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Public Holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the estimated delivery date.
